We’re currently seeking experienced kitchen staff with 1-2 years of kitchen experience to bring their skills and enthusiasm to our Afro Caribbean Fusion Cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our diverse team to prepare and cook a variety of Afro Caribbean-inspired dishes

• Infuse your own cultural influences and experiences into our culinary creations

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen while upholding food safety standards

• Work together with passion and respect to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of kitchen experience, with a strong foundation in cooking techniques and Hygiene

• A passion for Afro Caribbean cuisine and a desire to learn and grow within our culinary environment

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative kitchen setting

• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a rotating schedule
